Okay, it was 83 degrees (for the first time this year), sunny, and I was at work, and it had been an awful week. Broke out the Pungo 120, and headed down to Ashville Bridge Creek. The water level in the creek was way up, I guess the stiff ~15mph wind out of the south helped that. The changes in the plants and animals, was a sure sign of the changes in the weather. Plenty of different birds flying around, plenty of shy turtles sunning, and plenty of fish looking for lunch. I had no real goal today, except to get out on the water, as it looks like the conditions for the weekend are iffy.
